Last year I continued to get Bacterial vaginosis. I would go back to my OBGYN and was perscribed many different things (oral pills and different types of gels). It continued to come back for months. I finally got rid of it (permanently I thought), however the past couple of months, again, when I finish my period, I have started getting them. Again I am on the gels and/or the pills....what can I do to get rid of these for good?!? Why do I continue to get this infection over and over? It's getting expensive and continuing to happen every month....
I feel for you. BV can be a real pain to get rid of. I wish I had some good advice for you, but all I can say is don't give up. I went back three times in a month before I got rid of it.
I know how you feel. I've been struggeling with BV for over 2 years now. I just started using boricBoric acid ophthalmic acid about a month ago and I've really seen a difference. If this isn't something you've tried already you might ask your doctor about it.
Good luck!
