I've been paranoid that I might be pregnant because my boyfriend and I have been exploring a little with sexual oral activity (we are both virgins), and I've been experiencing really whacky periods --> one that had red spotting for a week, followed by two weeks of a light period. Then a medium period two week after it ended!

Lots of people have been telling me its most likely hormonal imbalance or breakthrough bleeding, because it's near impossible to get pregnant without penetrative sex. Although, I've never been fingered, or had semen ejaculated onto my vagina

Maybe you want to take a test? You did get fingered, so I'm on a slightly different situation to you.

It requires vaginal intercourse in order to get pregnant.  Always.  There isn't a risk of pregnancy here but you do need to buy some condoms for when things go over the edge and get too out of hand.  You don't need any surprise babies!
