could i be pregnant

hi. im a teenager and i dont have regular periods. the gap from the first day of my period to the first of the next, has gone like this, the past 3 times :40, 36, 69. these are very weird as they dont follow any menstrual pattern. i had unprotected sex 5 days ago with my boyfriend. my last period was 29 days ago. today, i started bleeding. it feels like a normal period, with stomace pains and that. i was wondering about implantation bleeding. also ive been feeling moody, and headaches, and stomach cramps, and feeling lots more tired than usual.
does anybody think i could be pregnant, and when would i be able to do a test, how many days after sex.
