cramp in breast

is cramping in breast a sign of ovulation or pregnancy i usually have crampring and pain once a month right before i start my period but ,now its been cramping&both breast or kinda sore its been like this for 3 days,even though period isnt due till the 17th of Sept..im also having some abdominal cramping mainly on my side..is this just ovulation?

If your period isn't due til the 17th, what you are feeling today would be more likely to be ovulation twinges than anything else, they would be pretty much right on time.  Your breast cramping might be in sympathy with that, or just too much caffiene, or something else.  :)

It sounds like typical ovulation symptoms. Sometimes they can be exaggerated depending on the extent of 'ripening' in the ovary that will be releasing the egg.
