cramping, back pain, strange bleeding.

so about december 20th i got what i thought was my period.. it seemed a little earlier than usual and it was darker in color, didnt appear to be red at all and didnt really last as long as usual. now im experiencing lower back pain, nipple soreness, and a sort of white discharge. i took a HPT but it came back negative, but those seem like symptoms of pregnancy. i've never experienced any of these symptoms before but they seem to be all happening at once.. not too sure whats going on and it makes me a little nervous!

I am new to this forum.  I have been researching the Internet to find out what is wrong with me and came across your post.  I have almost the identical symptoms.  Last week, went to the doc and she has scheduled me for an ultrasound next Tuesday.  During the exam she said something felt "enlarged."  Two days ago this strange dark brown spotting/bleeding started again.  (no cramps) Today my period started w/ severe cramps and back pain.  Anyway, I would be curious to also hear any comments.  But I would definately recommend going to see your doc.
