cramps weeks before my period and no bleeding......

My period ended last 2 weeks ago and this morning i woke up with light cramping but no bleeding or anything. I can't go to the Dr bc i have no insurance but i don't know what's wrong. I thought maybe a uti but no burning or urgency. Please help!!!
