cyst in ovary and uteru

I  m married n v r trying to concieve  for almost  18 months but no success yet.My periods r very very irregular since I entered my 20’s n now I m 29.i went to see a couple of doc but they said its gonna b alright .this time I did pelvis ultrasound  n the result was that I have multi septated cystic area in the line of endometrial cavity and right ovarian cyst with internal septa
N I did a harmone test on oredr of my doc n the result was
Estradiol  185pg/mL
LH 3.00 mlU/mL
FSH 1.25  mlU/mL
Progesterone 1.24ng/mL

Before showing it to the doc my family friend who is a doc said the doc will  say to do DNC i.e clean up of uterus I was very scared but when I went to see  my own doc she said to use the following medicine
Sangabion (iron +B-complex
Dhphaston(dydrogesterone)
Evion(vitamin E)
for ten days n after withdrawl bleeding starts I have to start
Progyluton(estradiol valerate norgestrel) for 21 days
But she did not say anything abt the DNC  n I was so scared at the time dat I did noy ask  now so m worried if her dignosis was the rite one or the one of my family doc?
Plez I want another opinion

thanks alot. dats wat i was planning to do. my next appointment is in a month's time so i will bring it up.acually m in pakistan , i live in USA but med there is sooooo expensive that i cant do it there . here even though hospitals are not dat good but everyone can afford it,but the doc dont give you that much attention like they give u in US.dats y i was a little bit in doubt whether m in good hands or not but even muy friend doc says the doc i went to is very qualified so may b she will bring DNC in my next appointment.

Well just because she didn't initiate it at the last visit doesn't mean that she won't in the future. She could just be trying to exhaust other less invasive options before performing a surgical procedure. Maybe you should bring the DNC up at your next visit and see what she has to say about it. If you do not feel like you are in good hands by all means go and see another specialist. I will say this though doctors specialize in different areas so I don't know if your friend is a gyno or reproductive specialist but if not take the info she has given as a helpful direction. And if you are going to a gynocologist or someone who specializes in this area trust that they will do everything they can to help you. Best wishes BB
