cytotec pill abortion with no bleeding

I took the 6 cytotec pills to enduce an abortion. i had severe cramps all day. the next morning i went to the toilet and a large thing came out, possibly a sac but no blood came out. after that alot of watery liquid came out but no blood. i was supposed to be in my 4th month. what is this thing that came out and why am i not bleeding? if i wait would my miscarriage continue on its own or do i need a D&C?
