dark underarms and pubic area

I need help. I have realised that my underarms and also my pubic area are darker than the rest of my skin. It is embarrasing for me and I would like to find ways of having my skin even. I shave often ( 1 - 2 times a week).

I would like to find an effective way to manage that.
