day 21 progesterone level of 194?! Can this be right!?

I am on my first month of clomid (days 3-7, 50mg. I just heard from my doctor that my progesterone level this month is at 194! I asked her if that was high and she said yes, but didnt seem to want to get my hopes up (which I understand) and told me to call if my period doesnt come and they will give me a pregnancy test, though high levels "sometimes indicate pregnancy"... I was expecting a high level like 40 or 50...but this seems strange!
I know I had a test done before I went on clomid and the doctor told me it was high as well and that was 60 (with no pregnancy)...any insights? Could this mean I o'd more than one egg or that more than one egg was fertilized? questions, questions....

I am with a similar situation. I went through a ivf this month and my progesterone day 21 was 217. Did you get any info on this high level? what does this mean?

I am on my third month of Clomid.  The second month (50 mg), my day 21 Progesterone was 9.  Then my doc went to 100 mg and my day 21 progesterone was 59.   I haven't started my period yet but the Preg. Tests keep coming up negative.   I don't know what the heck is going on!
