when will i get my periods back i was using depo and now i stopped using it i havent had a period in 6 months

I recently got the depo shot for the first time on the 29th of july i got it after i got my period. My period only lasted 3  days is that normal?

i was only on depo for 3 months i bled toward the end of it for 2 weeks and decided i was going back on the pill and i havent had a period whats the go with that

I was on the depo for 4 years, I got off in Oct, and didn't get my period until Feb (4 months later). My doctor told me that it could take 6 months to a year for my body,and hormones to get back to normal.
