I'm also 35 and had a tubal ligation about 14 years ago.  About 4years ago, me and DH flew from California to North Carolina to try and have a tubal reversal but the doctor told me that who ever did my surgery cut off to much of my tubes and than carterized the ends so there wasn't enough to tie back together.  I was so heart broken by this but I knew beforehand that too much was cut off, I was just so determined to see if there was a mistake in the doctors report.  You may want to get the doctors report from who every performned your tubaligation to see exactly how much tube was removed.

We ended up doing IVF and now I'm pregnant with twins!!!!  It only took one cycle...and we are due on October 14!!  So it took 4years to get to this place.

Good Luck Vanessa...

Well, first of don't do it just for him. Ask yourself if you want it too.
Reversing this  procedure is very risky and it is a major surgery.

But if you do decide to go through with the chances of getting pregnant are not necessarily impossible so:
here is a good site about the reversal of such a procedure....

hope that helped a little bit
Good luck

you can reverse the surgery but there is a little chance for you to have a baby.
