Stay hydrated & try a BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, & toast).  If it is excessive or persists past 24-48 hours, you should see a physician.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
There could be many reasons for diarrhea. The most common cause is recurrent acute GE. But one has to rule out the other possibilities like IBS {irritable bowel syndrome, bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, carbohydrate {sugar} malabsorption, hyperthyroidism, Addison’s disease or may be due to laxative abuse.

Take adequate amount of fluids and oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration. Maintain a good hygiene and drink clean preferably boiled water. Afterwards, depending on the specific organism after stool test reports, specific antibiotics are prescribed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
