i havent got my period in 2 months and i been getin brown discharge for awhile. i had sex with a boy 2 months ago and that when this all started to happen what could it be?

Sounds like a bacterial vaginal infection, get a swab from your GP and he can identify what type of infection it is and give you the right medication for it.  

Sorry about this, but if it is brown ish, is it light brown?  Or is it dark brown like spotting?  That could be hormone imbalance.

If it is a bit smelly then or irritating you a bit that can also indicate vag infection.  

I had one and one thing I can reassure you with is that it does not have to be STD, it CAN be from being too clean, killing off natural bacteria that control other bacteria causing overgrowth of the other bacteria.  Scented toilet paper (as I learned my lesson from) and scented sanitary products can do the same.
