Hi there and welcome.  Hm.  well, foul smelling discharge is often bacterial vaginosis and you need a prescription by your doctor to confirm.  It might be a good time to make an appointment and be cultured (they swab the discharge and check it to see what it is) so you know what you are dealing with.  Do you have itching or discomfort?

make sure to never douche as that is not good for us and actually results in more problems.  But I agree with above that you should see your doctor.  good luck

Your best option is to go see your doctor. If it were not smelly I would say to use vagisil in case you have a yeast infection. But in this case I can only recommend trying a ph balance body wash, or seeing your doctor for his or her advice.
