do i have a yeast infection or poison ivy?

hi im 23 years old and i am a female ..
ok im freaking out because i dont know if i have a yeast infection or poison ivy on my vagina ...
me and my boyfriend were cleaning our yard and he touched poison ivy and later washed his hands ... i didnt think of it but later that night we were intimate and we always use protection ... i was fine but now 2 days later my vagina is swollen and itchy kind of burning and i also have (what i think ) what looks and feels like cold sores on my lips and on the roof of my mouth. just in case its a yeast infection i started monestat last night ... but im freaking out lol can you help me ?
i dont have money to go to the doctor and i dont have n e insurance and there isnt a free clinic close to where i live

Doesn't sound like either since you have sores in your mouth. Any chance of STD's?

no .. no chance of that .. its not really a sore its more like the skin is irriated .. no puss no blood nothing like that .. i think im having a bda reaction to something
