does antibotics alter a womens scent in her when having sex?

i have an upper respiratory infection and was put on ciprofloxacin, tussionex, and flonase. I want to know if antibotics in general can alter a womens natural smell or odor in her vaginia? not fishy just unpleasent or different from medicine. not itching or discharge just different smell when having sex and have orgasim?
