does sex hurt when you don' t have it for 10 years

I am 56 years old have not had sex for 10 years. I had sex for the first time in 10 years and there was a little bit of blood and I have hemroids and it hurt towards the back while we were having intercourse. Could there be something wrong  or could it be the hemroids. We did not have anal sex.

I hope you used a lot of lubricant.  The skin of the vagina, besides getting tighter, can also get thinner with age.  Talk to your ob-gyn if this continues to be a problem.

it can be from the amount of time that you havent had intercorse. When you wait that long your muscles tend to get tight again as if you were a virgin again.
