doxycycline question

last night I took doxycycline before i went to bed and woke up and it was very hard to breathe and it felt like some thing was stuk in my throat. I am stopping the medicine that was giving to me for acne until further notice do I need to go to the hospital or are they just gonna tell me to stop the medicine. Is there anything that i can do to help it out. Feels like an ulcer in my throat
