YES!! Endo can cause very painful sex. Are you taking any medications for it? I am getting ready to start Megace for it. Hope you are feeling well. Kasie

I dont know what I have. However I can describe the pain. Every month when it comes time for my period I get these sever cramps so bad that I cant walk. I dont want to move at all any movement on my bed hurts so bad. I have talked to my doctor, she said it is my prostate gland. I also have a fiberoid tumor I try explaing the pain to her and I dont think she understands. She given me 800 of ibprofen but that dont help. What are the test for endometriosis and sighns. How do I tell her I want to be tested for this?

the test for endo is a laproscopy, it is day surgery. They usually rule out other things firs with u/s and sometime a colonscopy because some symptoms can be confused for ibs. I didn't know that women have a prostate gland. I would see a gyn
