Hello, before I got pregnant I was working out on a daily basis. I'm 3 months now and wanted suggestions on when is a good time to start doing some sort of a workout to maintain myself be healthy and have a healthy baby? Also wanted to know what kind of workout do you suggest?

You can carry on as long your pregnancy isn't high risk or anything. You will just have to lighten your workouts slightly. Maybe look into some classes like Yoga etc which are good to do during pregnancy. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to stop exercising. If you were doing this before then you can continue. I would maybe speak to your doctor first just to make sure.
