false neg?

oks hi how are you all? my question is simple, has anyone, or does anyone know of anyone who has had a false positive? i dont mean oh i tested 3 days early sort of thing, i mean continually tested negative after a few weeks after conception,or even never got bfp at all throughout the pregnancy. i have been told its possible but i am basicly trying to find out how possible.i do "feel" pg, even so much as i have a bump lol, i would be 13weeks but my doctor(shes non to good), whom i saw 5 weeks ago last(hard to get apts) says she will only do a urine pg test,(i took a sample of fmu), not a blood test.

yes, my best friend has missed her perios (periods) by two weeks and she did a hpt and it said positive. then she did a blood test that said negative and a few more hpt that all said negative. could happen.

I have absolutely never heard of a false positive unless there is some type of health condition that causes it.  It may be fibroids?  See your ob/gyn.

Your post question initially asks about false Negatives..then your actual question asks about false positives. Which is it?

if you're 13 weeks a hpt would definitely be positive...if you're getting negatives than i doubt you are pregnant.
