Usually it responds well to an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen. Your PCP/Family Physician can also prescribe one too. This fibroid is fairly small, but can cause alot of pain and bleeding (which you do not have anymore).
A warm water bottle or pillow and hot black tea always helped me too.
I have a history with fibroids, this tends to run in families. Every female in my immediate family has had them and has had a hysterectomy, including me. I had 3-4 of them; can't remember exactly how many but it was more than 2.
