fibroids, fibromas, etc

I have fibrocystic breasts, ganglias on my wrists and now have huge fibromas on the soles of my feet. 20 years ago, at the age of 30, I had a hysterectomy due to fibroids of the uterus.
Are these problems linked to each other?
