fingering and pregnancy

Hi..m 20 yrs. old and virgin. my usual periods are on 21st every month. By bf fingered me on 25th August while watching movie then he hold my hand to touch his penis, m not sure whether his hands contain semen or not. Then he use to finger me just for 2 mins every week. On Sept.21 i got my normal periods. He didnot finger till now. bt this month i got my periods 2 days late and it was not as heavy as they were usually. I have no other symptoms of pregnancy. Sometimes my breast ache because of sleeping one side. Can u please help me. I m very Scare...Please help can i be pregnant..Plz reply soonn
