When they said you have fluid, did they find this on a CT scan? Is the fluid in your abdominal cavity?  I have endometreosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. They found fluid in my abdominal cavity but this is from my cysts on my ovaries. Usually in normal healthy women when they ovulate they have a cyst and it bursts which leaves fluid in the abdominal cavity. Are you having pain? If you need to talk, I have been through alot from my diseases and I would be happy to help.
