foul smelling discharge

i have a foul smelling discharge,my problem is that it's a very small amount of discharge that occurs during the day.
At night i don't experience such discharge it's only during the day and after 12:00pm,then i would take a bath or change my panty liner after the discharge at about 2:00pm the following discharge would be clear of smell,please i'm desperate i need to know what to do.i have used metronidazole,viganal creams but no help,please help.
