foul smell and weird discharge

my boy friend and i are pretty much exclusive...except for the fact that i am bisexual. about two weeks ago i had sexual relations with another woman, and about a week ago i started noticing a foul smelling discharge that was cottege cheese like. it doesnt hurt to urinate and i dont have any sores or itchyness. i used an over the counter cure for yeast infections which seemed to help a little but the smell and discharge seem to persist. i dont know what it is...i've had a foul smell before but that was always right before and during my period. i've never had this kind of discharge...

that is strange...but like i said, the yeast infection treatment didnt seem to realy help much, the cottage cheese discharge has let up a bit but it is still there, and as far as the smell there is no change...do you think i should wait for my period and see if that flushes all this out or should i make a trip to my gyno.

That is weird. I am married almost 10 years, no affairs.. and I had a close friend I liked to go out and party with. (nothing sexual) Anyway, we swapped shorts (tight and short shorts) one night to ride a mechanical bull, and both had undies, but they were thongs. I didn't think much of it at the time, but not long after that night, I got the same cottage cheese phenomenon and odor. I really freaked out b/c I thought she gave me an std or something.. just from sharing clothing. It did let up though after a round of the yeast infection treatment.
