I have lots of little freckles...but I've always had them. I wouldn't be too worried if you haven't been praying to the tanning bed gods! Maybe your hormones are changing as you get older and causing this? I've heard that peoples hair can change consistency as they age too...anyway maybe go to a dermatologist...let me know how it goes...
I have them too. If you go to see a dermatologist they can tell you what they are actually called....I have forgotten their name. My arrived in mid twenties and have continued through my thirties. I have one your size on my hip and a couple on my back too. None are as big as my big one. If I remember correctly, they are some type of harmless birth mark that arrives later in life....but please don't take my word for it. What I do remember is they are harmless and will be with us for life. Best of luck and I hope this helps in some small way.
