I too have latex allergies and being dry is like rubbing a balloon against your skin. It hurts...
Sex should not hurt at anytime. If you are not wet enough, stop and get wetter. Bottom line if you aren't ready for intercourse, then you will hurt yourself.
Find condoms that are latex free and spermicide free as well. It may well be an allergic reaction to the spermicide. I've had these problems and usually a soak in Epsom salts make the hurt go away. But if it persists, go to see your gyno to make sure you don't have any other issues like a tipped uterus or something.
Best of luck... and take more time making out, that's really where the fun is for us anyway at least for me...
