Hi
yes they bl**** can. Take it from me! I have one on each ovary and the left hurts like hell. It also radiates into my groin and hip. Is uncomfortable to sit and sex is a big no no.The right one only niggles now and then. My gyny said that he thought there was a bowel problem because i was in so much pain. Monday my cyst either leaked(if they can do that) or ruptured as it felt a little strange, then the pain went away for 4 days, it then came back friday not so severe but still painful. I did nothing different in those 4 days. So please believe me they hurt. Go on the patient to patient forum for ovarian cancer and see how many women write about cysts and pain. Hope this helps.
