Depends on the women I was on the pill when I got pregnant with my first daughter and then I changed to the depo shot and got pregnant on that. So be very careful if you are sick or have diahrea or taking antibiotics your pill will NOT work.

To: hi
The pill is 99% so there's always 1% chance. Take your pill everyday and at the same time. I heard you still can get pregnant even if you take your pill everyday and at the same time. It depends on your body really.

I'm on the Cilest Pill and I threw up 3 times in 1 night. That was last Sunday. I was going dizzy as well. This Wednesday I nearly threw up again and the next morning. It was really awful. Now I just don't feel right and not myself. I see if I get my period.

If you vomit or have a stomach upset then use protection and keep safe. Take your pills properly. Then you don't need to worry.
