going on 48 female and sick of paying obgyn

anyone out there know anything about a womans body one that's very active with exercising and work also including labor work as yard work house work and working out with exercise most ever day of the week and been to obgyn of the problem of B0 and was told it was from being active in the summer but seems yrs later same thing happens with me having a odor in my private/ vigina obgy sayssame each time mainly from active wear cotton! i do wear cotton all time now except if i happen to be pamering my self or wanting to feel sexy for me alone, and that's correct no sex in my life so only exercise and work and a slight odor that obgyn oders pills antibiotic for it but has to be a cheaper way to stop  B0 for the shor of time thayt that 300 i pay only last  anyone have any thing they know helps or cures odor of vigina of a female that works out being overly active? items at stores that i tried seem to smell good only at time of use and yes vingar and water douches help a bit but douches a woman shouldn't use a lot of at least been told my life of 48 yrs our bodys cleans its self but as me having tubes tied and going in the life of mintaposale and no menstral cycle for due to Novasure from my oby no cycle in 3 yrs. could that be why I'm  having a odor also bc age and novasure to help my cycle or stop which did both after few years. just like to have a simple answer and cheaper way of a odor that coasting me1200 to 1500 a yr for a dr to get a sample and call in a few pill and say its due to me being physical atvie anyone ????
