What can i eat to stay healthy after an abort?

In the states they sell gummy multivitamins for women.  I'd just look for either a tablet you just take with water and wash down that is listed as multi vitamin for women or the gummies you chew.  

I'm sorry.  I'm not familiar with healing soups.  Sounds interesting though.  If you ever care to share any of those with us, I'd be interested.  :>)

It was a medical abortion...I am Chinese.. you know we have special food and soups...  but i don't know if those food can help me to support my self....  
But what kind of multivitamin can help me? That can be tastefully

I will be honest, I don't think it matters that much what you eat after you have an abortion.  that procedure is pretty simple and doesn't take that much out of you physically.  Eat healthy in general and take a multivitamin and you should be fine.  Agree with drinking plenty of water.  good luck

Was it a medical abortion or a chosen one? I ask because I think regular healthy eating habits should do just fine. If you think you maybe having complications from the abortion you should see your doc. Otherwise juat eat healthyier foods or count calories. And always drink plenty of water. If it was a medical then maybe do a follow up with your doc and ask them what you should do.
