heating pads/pregnancy
any strict guidelines with using a heating pad while i'm pregnant? i know not to fall asleep on it, have it on high to long or put it on my stomach pretty much everything your not supossed to do even if your not pregnant but i've heard people say dont use it to yeah its fine just need some comments or motherly advice if you will

my doctor let me use a heating pad, because I was in preterm labor, but u cant feel the heat from it,, ur stomach gets hot, but u cant feel it, so I said scew it...lol so instead I put a hot cloth on.. that worked better.

My dr. recommended a heating pad for my lower back when I was pg with my son.  Don't leave it on your tummy...heat is especially dangerous to the fetus during the first 12 weeks....

16 weeks my upper back hurts so bad it even hurts when i take a deep breath. plus i've had a cold for 2 weeks doctor said as long as i dont have a fever i'm ok but i dont seem to be getting better only more aches. i know tylenol is safe but i really dont want to take it every day you know
