help i think i may have ovarian cancer

Im hoping someone may eliviate my fears that i have ovarian cancer.
i have had gas, bloating and abdominal pain for some time but my symptoms are more defined and i now have a distended abdomen, swelling on one side, discomfort and pain when sitting. pain in the groin and thigh, back pain and a general feeling of being unwell. im so scared cos im a single mum. never felt pain like this it feels like its burning but deep inside. im hoping its a cyst but the pain i feel in my hip and around my lung worries me silly.
booked in for a scan next week. the only thing that makes me think im okay is i had a ct 12 months ago cos docs thought it was gallbladder issues. they said ct was normal.
