help me please....i dont know whats wrong and im scared

for the past two days i have been having really annoying itching in my vaginal area. i have no discharge either. today i noticed i have a peanut size lump way down on the right side in my pelvis area that hurts when i touch it. what could be the problem?

you should not be online, you should be at a doctor or hospital immediately!!

is the bump on the inside near your groin area? if so it could be your lymph nodes, the flare up when an infection is present, you need to see a doctor and find out what going on, sorry i cant help you more
