Me and my partner had sex and I kept my legs up for about 20mins then stayed in bed and his sperm didn't come out but the following morning when having sex again with him the sperm came out.. Why is that? Help

Hmm.  This may sound gross but perhaps you could have sex in the missionary position and just lay there for awhile?  Or use a turkey baster (that's seriously what they use at sperm banks).  Even if his semen comes out, there is still some in you.  For example, precum.  Try having sex and not pulling out for a while - kind of let it sit inside of you.

me and my partner made the mistake of trying to much. it stressed me out evry month when i wasnt, i looked up what to try and came up with these things an they worked after 2 years of trying without no luck, first was diet cut out anything unhealthy, especially alchol and smoking as it reduces a mans sperm count, so does having sex to much as his sperm needs chance to be produced we made it twice a week max. also as above said stay laid still with hips propped up. try taking ovulation kits too so you have more of an idea when to have sex and dont get too stressed have fun it will happen eventually hope this helps good luck

Don't stand up for at least an hour after sex.  Prop your hips up with a pillow and stay in bed.  Even better if you can just go to sleep and stay that way most of the night.  All it takes is one sperm so it's OK for a some to leak out.  By staying in bed, you'll keep more of it where it needs to stay for conception.
