Hmmm... I have a friend like that. She and her boyfriend of five years have the issue and she has never orgasmed while having sex with him. She can do just fine on her own, of course. I'm not sure what else to suggest, but I hope someone else sees this post and has some for you!

In sex? Solo? If in sex, I'd suggest taking some time exploring on your own to figure out what you like and don't like, what works and what doesn't work. And if you already have experience doing that, then I'd suggest not being afraid to use your hand during sex or asking your partner to try to use his. A lot of women have difficulty orgasming through intercourse alone.
