Hello i need someone's opinion, ok my cycle was suppose to come on, on the 18 and no sign of it yet its usually on time, it came on last month on the 20, my average cycle is 29 days... im not stressing over anything, so i wonder am i pregnant...im cramping lightly when i usually have very bad painful cramps during my period..i dont have too many headaches i have been sleepy, my breast are very tender, my back gets cramps, my stomach has been feeling very queezy lately, i see no cycle yet my perion stays on for 7 days this is day 4 and no period...

are you on birth control or have you started a new one? i've been queezy before while on the pill before my period. if you've been eating different, really sick, or have started exercising a lot, it may have made your period a bit irregular. take a pregnancy test.

no im not on the pill and im eating the same as i was last month and no exercising to lazy for that may be i do need to get one
