Herpes start with the skin becoming red and sensative, then sores. If you don't have herpes than you did not give it to him. Symptoms can start 2-20 days after contact. Make sure that he did not give them to you. He really sounds like a jerk!
I agree... go get a blood test because he could have given them to you since (from my research) you can be contagious like 4 days before the rash pops up.
