hi

I was having symptoms of hyperthyroidism. I got blood tests for T3 and T2 and shows I'm negative. I was having palpitations and heavy breathing. I consulted a cardiologist and I had an ECG. It also shows that I dont have a heart problem, she prescripted Inderal for my palpitations. There are times that my palpitations lasted for a day or overnight and it makes me feel really tired, I always have a low blood pressure.  My medical result for work indicates that I have an anemia. I was taking Ferrous sulfate / iron supplements but those made me dizzy, sleepy all the time, and made me throw up so I stopped...Is there anything you can suggest like a diet, supplement, exercise that I can do. Because I easily get tired and weak even when I'm just traveling and almost always sleepy all the time. Thank you.

''Having an issue with your heart can be scary. Though heart palpitations are common and usually do not indicate a heart issue, feeling your heart beat quickly can certainly cause anxiety. Often, heart palpitations are linked to psychological or dietary issues. One possible dietary issue that may cause heart palpitations is low vitamin B12 levels. Be sure to check with your doctor if you are experiencing heart palpitations or other heart concerns.
Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is one of the essential B-complex vitamins. Its main role is in energy production, along with the other B vitamins, according to registered dietitian Robert Wildman in his book "The Nutritionist: Food, Nutrition, and Optimal Health." Vitamin B12 helps to metabolize folate, is required for the breakdown of certain amino acids and fatty acids for ATP production and is essential for the maintenance of the myelin sheath around the nerves. This vitamin is found in meats, eggs, poultry, shellfish and milk''.Injectionswith b12aresaid to bethe best though for this condition.
