high fsh levels
i am 23 year and my fsh levels are and doctor digonised it as premature ovarian failure and is autoimmune and there is no cause behind my problem what should i do and wiil it create problem in conciving or not

Well if you aren't ovulating - which you don't when you have ovarian failure, means that yes you will have trouble concieving.  In fact you probably won't be able to have a baby using your own eggs.

You will probably require donor eggs if you have none of your own.  But you should still be able to carry a baby if that's what you desire.
