I haven't lifted anything heavy or done anything strenuous. i took a warm bath thinking maybe it would help but its freakin killing me. anybody know what it could be if i tdoesn't feel better by tuesday i'm gonna make an appt. with a dr. i don't know if something is pinching a nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity or what.
Does your pain radiate anywhere else, like down your leg? It kind of sounds like an impinged nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity, but I don't have enough information to go on. Is it better when you are off of your feet? If you do not have any relief by morning, you should make an appointment with your physician.
It does sound like a pinched nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity. Your doc will need to examine you and order xrays/mri...whatever he/she determines. He/she may need to give you prescription pain meds as well. Usually, OTC medicines don't help very much with nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity pain. You might want to google: sciatica
There are some helpful exercises that you can do. Of course, right now that's the last thing on your mind, but I am sure if that is what you have, your doc will prescribe some sort of physical therapy as well.
