hip popping while exercising
Ok.. So I've been exercising for the last couple of weeks. It doesn't matter what time of day or anything, my hip just pops. I'm not sure if its my hip.. more like where my leg connects to whatever... One of the exercises i do is I have to stand on one leg with my knee bent and the other leg lifted up. With my leg still lifted i have to reach out my arms and extend my leg. When extending my leg, that is when it pops. I really wanna know whats going on.. Help?
