how my period be normal again
Hi I use contraceptives pills before for 5yrs.now I stop coz I notice my period is not coming .now I got period but only one day strong then finish.what I do to make it normal again.my period before is 5days..pls help me

Am the same was on it for a good few years and me n my boyfriend wna have a baby n av come of the pill n had a Perioud the last 2 months wud I be ok to get caught pregnant wud it be a possible chance wud my body be back to normal now !??? Somone help pls
Your body will find its version of normal over time. You can talk with your gynecologist if you are concerned enough about it now or it takes more than 3 months
