how to maintain erection

m 22 yr old male during the intercouse i fail to maintain erection for a long and when it discharged once reerection didnt happnd. mi question s how to maintain the erection to its full na how to gain more sexual power so that the erection can happen after some time if once it gets over??

It's normal for an erection not to come back for a while after orgasm. Erections don't last forever during sex, either the guy gets excited and has an orgasm or else he gets bored and it goes away. (Usually the former.) You might get some good suggestions on the Men's Health forum for how to prolong the erection during sex. Try not to worry, you might be doing better than you think.
