hpv???

alright, i am in a mongamous relationship with my boyfriend for the past 6 months.  before me, he had a few other sexual partners, but tells me he is clean.  I had one other partner, but i've had a gyno appt between that one and my current boyfriend, in which everything was fine.

recently, when my boyfriend and i have sex, i've noticed pain just when he first penetrates me.  after, i'm fine, and i'm totally able to enjoy myself.  i thought the reason for my pain is just because i am not always wet enough when we first start to have sex.

anyway, i posted on here a little while ago (2 weeks or so?), when i developed weird bumps on the opening to my vagina, which i noticed after a night of really vigorous sex.  however, the bumps disappeared after a day, and i was fine.  I've had my period for the last 5 days, and everything looked fine down there.  last night, my bf and i had sex again, and today i noticed bumps again, but this time they're not really red, they're more whitish, and really little...(i keep checking myself now, bc i'm freaking out).  anyway, does this happen to anyone else? what could this be?  i'm worried that it's hpv or some awful std????? i'm so scared. i am going home in a week and i'll have an ob/gyn appt then, but until then if anyone has any thoughts on this, i'd really appreciate it...

I was just diagnose with hvp and have a few small warts.. But before I was told the doc told me I had a few numbers high on my pap smear test and referred me to do a biopsy.. While I was waiting for the process to get done after 10mins I was told that I have hvp and was sent home.. Now how do I go about this virus?? Will the warts get bigger??? Also I have an autoimmune disease but the doctors have not yet concluded which one I have.. Will my body be able to fight the virus??

Almost everyone has hpv, whether it's plantar warts on their toes, a wart on a finger, or genital warts, they are extremely common viruses, that generally go into hiding for years at a time, but there are so many different strains, that a description on a message board probably won't give you a diagnosis. You should go to a doctor, she'll probably just help you out and ease your mind, but if you do have a serious std, treat it as soon as possible, cuz they only get worse.

Do you use lubricant or creams that you may be having an allergic reaction to? Is it itchy/painful?

That sounds really abnormal, it seems weird that the bumps appear so soon after sex, also. I would make a doctor's appt just to be sure. Even if you both are being faithful it could still be a STD. He could be carrying something that he did not even know he had. It seems men are less likely to seek treatment until it is way late.
Good Luck.
