There is a such thing called a Hymenoplasty. From what I can see, most people assume it's only for reconstructing the hymen. However, you can also get it removed.
I had to get one after having my hymen broken when I was raped, and there were complications due to that and scarring so I had to get my hymen removed.
It was not a painful surgery because they put you under for it. Recovery felt like the ache I felt when it broke, however it was extremely dulled. Sitting down for the first few days, I was tender. However usually they give you pretty good pain meds. You may also spot for a few days which is completely normal.
I know there is a surgery available and that they don't usually recommend it unless you're having trouble breaking the hymen. I'm unsure how they do the procedure, although I do assume there might be some bleeding. (Not like a full on period, but at the very least some spotting might occur.) I think your best chance of getting someone to talk to about this is to make an apt with your gyn. They will either be able to do the procedure themselves or be able to recommend you to someone who can do it.
