A woman is pregnant for 40 weeks for a reason. The baby needs time to fully develop to be able to support themself outside of the womb. Yes if a baby is born at 30 weeks there is a high chance of survival however there is also incresed risk for brain bleed, infection, unable to feed on its own, unable to regulate its own body tempature etc. Also faces many weeks in the NICU and while you are home your baby is in the hospital. There is NO reason to speed up the process and I find it very disturbing that you even posted that question.

There is also no way at 30 weeks a babies lungs would be mature.

I began to dilate early and got to 2cm at 31 weeks and I still was able to carry to 38 weeks.

no they cant most babes born before 30 weeks die or have many complications!

anything before 37 weeks is preterm. and 20 weeks thats nuts! they are only half way to the 40 weeks!

it depends. DONT TRY AND SPEED UP YOUR PREGNANCY AND LABOR YOUR ONLY 30 WEEKS PREGNANT!!!

your baby is not full term! and will likely sufffer if you try and have your baby 10 weeks early!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your child will have a high chance of dying if born now!
